This Cookie Policy explains how Implanex® (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on implanex.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. “First-party” cookies are set by the site you are visiting; “third-party” cookies are set by other services the site uses, such as analytics or advertising providers.
2. How we use cookies
The Site has no user accounts and no login, so we do not use cookies to store profiles. Cookies on the Site come from five services:
- Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
- Behaviour analytics (Microsoft Clarity): records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and navigation — so we can find and fix parts of the Site that confuse people. Neither runs on our checkout or order pages, and form entries are masked elsewhere;
- Advertising measurement (Google Ads): tells us which of our ads led to a visit, a quote request or an order, and may be used by Google for ad personalization;
- Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): protects the quote form from automated abuse. Its script loads when you start filling in the form, not before.
3. Cookies we use

Exact cookie names and lifetimes are set by these providers and may change; Google and Microsoft may also set additional cookies on their own domains (such as google.com or bing.com) in connection with ads. 4. Your choices
Analytics and advertising cookies are on when you arrive, and you can switch either off at any time. Cookies that are strictly necessary — the ones that keep the Site working and let an order be processed securely — stay on, because the Site cannot function without them.
The same control is in the footer of every page. Your choice is stored on your own device, so it applies to this browser; if you clear site data or use another browser or device, set it again there.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising: advertising cookies are disabled automatically, before any are set, and stay disabled for as long as the signal is present. You do not need to do anything else.
Pages we never record
Behaviour analytics and session recording never run on our checkout and order pages, regardless of your cookie settings — that includes the payment form and the order confirmation. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s own secure fields and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Elsewhere on the Site, what you type into a form — your name, email address and phone number — is masked before any recording is made, so those keystrokes are not captured.
Other ways to control cookies
- Browser settings: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from browsing the Site or requesting a quote.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on .
- Personalized ads: adjust your preferences at Google Ads Settings or opt out via aboutads.info .
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example, if we add or remove a service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
