This Privacy Policy explains how Implanex®(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit implanex.com(the “Site”) or contact us about our products. The Site is a business-to-business site intended for dental practices and clinics in the United States.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide.When you request a quote through the Site’s form — or contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp — we collect the details you share with us: your name, email address, phone number, practice name, the product and bundle you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site (for example, from a Google ad). Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your quote request and prepare a written quote;
- To communicate with you about your enquiry and, if you order, fulfill your order;
- To follow up about products you expressed interest in (you can opt out of follow-up at any time — see Section 6);
- To measure how the Site and our advertising perform, so we can improve them (for example, which ad campaigns lead to quote requests);
- To protect the Site from spam and abuse; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Your quote-form details go to our sales team, and we share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site:
- Resend — delivers your quote request to our sales inbox by email;
- Google — provides analytics (Google Analytics), advertising measurement (Google Ads), and spam protection (reCAPTCHA) for the Site. reCAPTCHA processes technical signals, including your IP address, and its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service;
- WhatsApp— if you choose to message us there, your communication is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.
4. Data retention
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner — see Section 6.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including transmitting Site traffic over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of follow-up: reply to any of our emails or messages, or contact us using the details below, and we will stop contacting you;
- Access, correction, deletion: you may ask us what information we hold about you and request that we correct or delete it — email Yossi@implanex.com;
- Cookies and analytics: you can control cookies through your browser and opt out of Google Analytics and personalized ads — see our Cookie Policy for how.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We honor such requests as required by the law that applies to you.
7. Children
The Site is intended for dental professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. United States processing
The Site is operated from, and information is processed in, the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
