These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Implanex® website at implanex.com(the “Site”) and any quote requests or orders you place through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Implanex®(“we,” “us,” or “our”), an authorized distributor of DSI® dental bone grafting products, located at 1095 Towbin Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701, United States. You can reach us at Yossi@implanex.com or (908) 910-2290.

2. Professional use only

The products described on the Site are medical devices intended for use by licensed dental professionals. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you represent that you are a licensed dental professional (or purchasing on behalf of a licensed dental practice or clinic) and that the products will be used in a professional setting in accordance with applicable law.

3. Quotes, orders, and pricing

The Site does not process payments or complete purchases online. Submitting the quote form (or contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, or email) is a request for a written quote — it is not a binding order, and no contract is formed until we confirm your order in writing.

• Prices, promotional bundles, and free-item offers shown on the Site are subject to change and to product availability until confirmed in your written quote.
• Shipping costs, applicable taxes, payment terms, and delivery timelines are stated in your quote or invoice.
• We may decline or limit orders at our discretion.

4. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are based on information from the manufacturer and are provided for licensed dental professionals for general informational purposes. They are not medical advice. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use and rely on your own clinical judgment when selecting and using any product. We make reasonable efforts to keep Site content accurate but do not guarantee it is free of errors or omissions.

5. Shipping and returns

Orders ship from our warehouse in Lakewood, NJ. Because the products are sterile, single-use medical devices, returns are generally limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please inspect your shipment on arrival and contact us promptly at Yossi@implanex.com or (908) 910-2290 to resolve any issue. Any specific return or exchange terms stated in your quote or invoice take precedence over this section.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. DSI® is a trademark of its respective owner; its use on the Site identifies genuine products we distribute and does not imply endorsement of the Site. You may not reproduce or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false or misleading information through the quote form, interfering with the Site’s operation, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any of its systems.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in a written quote, invoice, or as required by law. Product warranties, if any, are those provided by the manufacturer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the products giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
